Formado pela Universidade do Arizona em Finanças e Comunicação, Bill trabalhou por 15 anos como consultor financeiro na Merrill Lynch, nos escritórios de Tucson e Palm Beach. Seu profundo conhecimento do setor de seguros de saúde o tornou um especialista requisitado pela National Public Radio (NPR), CBS 12 News e ABC 5 News. Ele também reside na região.
